Dr. Tehreem Fatima completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration in 2020 from The Superior College, Lahore. Prior to her doctoral studies, she achieved an MBA with distinction in Human Resource Management from the University of Sargodha. Her primary research interests lie in entrepreneurial training, small business growth, and organizational behavior, areas that are critical for advancing modern business practices and fostering economic development. She has published 53 research articles in renowned national and international journals. Moreover, she has also authored case studies, policy papers, and book chapters in the area of her research interest.
