Dr. Mustafa Qamar holds a PhD in Physical Therapy from Sargodha Medical College, University of Sargodha, and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology & Medicine from Örebro University, Sweden. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from King Edward Medical College, Lahore. Additionally, he has obtained certification in Nutrition and Physical Activity from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. With a strong academic foundation and diverse expertise, Dr. Qamar specializes in evidence-based rehabilitation, exercise science, and integrative healthcare.
