Overview

An exciting initiative by the University of Sargodha, aimed at advancing our educational and socio-economic objectives, Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) was established in July, 2024 under the directions of the Honoreble Governor/Chancellor, University of Sargodha. HRDC has been established to enhance not only our educational infrastructure but foster skill development in the region.
HRDC is envisioned as a pivotal facility for advancing human resource management, professional training, and development programs. Its creation addresses the growing demand for skilled professionals and aims to provide comprehensive training tailored to both local and regional needs. We anticipate that HRDC will play a significant role in the socio-economic development of Punjab by cultivating a skilled workforce prepared for the challenges of the modern job market.

Khursheed Yusuf

HR Consultant

Mr. Khursheed Yusuf has joined University of Sargodha as Consultant HRDC in June 2024. Experienced management professional, HR architect, trainer, counselor, consultant, teacher, people manager, and researcher with 39 years of diverse experience in public and private sectors. Before joining UOS, he was working as Organization Development Consultant to Trojans Incorporate, an international organization based at Islamabad with its headquarters in U.S.A. Besides he remained the Rector/ Director at Askari Institute of Higher Education, Kharian (Degree Awarding Institute) from June 2021 to September, 2023. Holds a degree in Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University and started career in 1983 with a Public Sector Organization. Later, started a successful business in Computer Networking and joined COMSATS Institute of Information Technology in 1999. Led various departments and served as Project Director for Gujrat Campus and retired in 2019 as Director, Faculty Development Academy, CUI, Islamabad. Also worked as an international trainer/facilitator for organizations like British Council, USAID, Asia Foundation, SNC Parker, and Chandbagh Foundation. Has extensive experience in teaching and consultancy on organization development and capacity building. Continuously learning and eager to contribute to the success of students, society, and the Nation.
