University Quality Policy

University of Sargodha strongly believes in its core values; integrity, culture of acceptance, transparency, compassion and community services in all its operations. University is committed to continuously strive for inculcating critical thinking, innovation and leadership skills in students. Provides conducive environment to faculty, staff and students and ties up globally for promotion of research including interdisciplinary research, innovation and commercialization for knowledge economy. Comply with the standards set by statutory, regulatory, and accrediting bodies; and maintain and continually improve the implementation of its quality management system.

Director's Message

Quality assurance and continuous improvement in higher education is very important. Considering this a priority, Quality Assurance Agency at Higher Education Commission was established. Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) was established at University of Sargodha (UOS) in November, 2006 on the direction of HEC for the implementation and execution of QA policies.

QEC at UoS implements, monitor , review and report quality parameters to its statutory bodies and Higher Education Commission after conducting surveys from students, faculty, graduating students, alumni and employers. QEC also participate in HEC National ranking, UI rankings, THE rankings and QS rankings. We have also established QEC at our Affiliated colleges (QECAC).

We at QEC are committed to continual improvements in quality of education at UoS.

Dr. Imran Ghafoor Chaudhary has obtained Bachelor of Engineering (distinction) from NED University Karachi, Master in Business Administration (distinction) from Hamdard University Karachi, MSc in Engineering Management (Gold Medal) from U.ET Taxila and PhD in Engineering Management from UET Taxila. He has almost 24 years experience in Academic Administration, Teaching and Research.
