Dr. Muhammad Awais Saleem received his Ph.D. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Government College University Faisalabad in 2025. He conducted notable research on the Phytochemical screening of mushroom (Cordyceps militaris) and to investigate its potential against metabolic syndrome. Nutrition education, meal planning, bioactive component extraction, food analysis, nutrient metabolism, preventative nutrition, and dietetics applications are among his areas of interest. He has actively participated in international academic conferences and written widely in high-impact international publications.
