Dr. Nazir earned her PhD in Literature from Massey University, New Zealand, through the HEC Overseas Scholarship, with a dissertation on the reception and branding of Pakistani Anglophone fiction. She has taught General and Academic English at the Centre for Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE), Massey University, New Zealand, and has over twelve years of teaching experience at the University of Sargodha, Pakistan. She is currently on leave until January 2026 to teach at the Communication University of Zhejiang, China.
