Engr. Dr. Hafiz Ghulam Murtza Qamar holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Yanshan University, China, where his research focused on renewable energy systems, AI-driven energy management, and hydrogen-based microgrids. He completed his Master’s in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Lahore, Pakistan, and his Bachelor’s in Electrical Power Engineering from COMSATS University, Abbottabad, Pakistan. Before joining the University of Sargodha as Director Implementation, he served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Lahore, contributing significantly to teaching, research, and academic development in the field of electrical engineering.
