University of Sargodha Hosts Capacity-Building Workshop on Career Development and Professional Aptitude
SARGODHA, Pakistan – November 20, 2025: The Women Development Centre (WDC) at the University of Sargodha organized a one-day capacity-building workshop titled “Unlock Your Hidden Talents: Discover Your Teaching & Professional Aptitude” to help participants identify their strengths, explore suitable career paths, and enhance their professional development.
The workshop was held at the Women Development Centre, Jauhar Block, and attracted students eager to gain a deeper understanding of their personal abilities and career potential. The initiative formed part of the university’s ongoing efforts to equip young people with the knowledge and skills necessary for informed career planning and professional success.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Kashmala Rani, who served as the resource person for the event. Through interactive discussions and self-assessment activities, participants were encouraged to explore their interests, personality traits, and professional aspirations to better understand which career paths align with their unique talents and capabilities.
