Vice Chancellor University of Sargodha Prof. Dr. Tasawar Hayat (H.I., S.I., T.I.) chaired a meeting of Deans, Principals, Directors, Chairpersons and administrative heads to discuss academic, administrative and institutional reforms.
Emphasizing merit, transparency and efficiency, the Vice Chancellor announced key measures, including the digitalization of academic, administrative and financial processes, merit-based allotment of university residences, and the introduction of digital fuel billing and vehicle tracking systems.
The meeting also decided to streamline faculty recruitment and promotion procedures, expedite research publication scrutiny, rationalize non-teaching staff and redesign the University website to improve institutional communication and visibility.
The Vice Chancellor urged all academic and administrative heads to ensure effective implementation of the decisions and work collectively towards academic excellence and institutional development.
