The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) of the University of Sargodha organised a two-day training programme for BPS-18 officers under the theme, “Strategic Thinking: Shaping Future Insights and Vision.”
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas addressed the participants and highlighted the importance of strategic thinking, informed decision-making and effective problem-solving in contemporary institutional management. He urged officers to adopt a forward-looking approach, strengthen their analytical capabilities and remain prepared to address emerging challenges through innovative solutions.
The training sessions were conducted by HRDC Director Mr. Amjad Hussain Janjua and Dr. Muhammad Azam. Participants received training in key areas including strategic decision-making, problem-solving techniques, logical and creative thinking, organisational culture and job satisfaction.
The programme was designed to enhance the professional competencies of officers and equip them with the knowledge and skills required to perform their responsibilities more efficiently, effectively and professionally.
