Sargodha, July 11, 2024 The University of Sargodha held a meeting chaired by Vice-Chancellor UoS Prof.Dr. Qaisar Abbas, where various key initiatives and achievements were discussed.

The meeting was attended by, Pro Vice-Chancellor UoS Prof. Dr. Ghulam Yasin, Registrar  Waqar Ahmad, deans of faculties, directors, and officials.
During the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor provided an extensive briefing on the array of projects that have been successfully completed at the UoS.

Dr. Qaisar Abbas said that we are going to start training and development programs for both teachers and students. These training programs are designed to elevate the educational standards and ensure that the university's community is equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in an evolving academic landscape, He added.
He informed the participants that we have established a Human Resource and Development Center which will play a pivotal role in strengthening the university’s administrative framework and ensuring that the institution can effectively support its growing academic and research activities.

Furthermore, He highlighted the importance of recent visit to China, which resulted in the signing of important projects. These international collaborations are set to bring significant advancements to the University of Sargodha, fostering global partnerships and enhancing the institution’s research capabilities.
The newly appointed Director of the Human Resource and Development Center Khursheed Yusaf shared his vision for the future and outlined strategic plans to enhance the university’s human resource capabilities.
