The Governor of Punjab has appointed Prof. Dr. Shamshad Ahmad as Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Sargodha.
According to a notification issued by the Higher Education Department, Prof. Dr. Shamshad Ahmad, a professor of Library and Information Science, was appointed on merit after securing the highest position among eligible candidates.
Vice Chancellor UoS Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas congratulated Prof. Dr. Shamshad Ahmad on his appointment and expressed confidence in his academic and administrative capabilities.
Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas also extended his best wishes to the newly appointed dean for a successful tenure in advancing the faculty’s academic mission and contributing to the university’s overall development.
