UoS Announces Special Supplementary Examination for ADA, ADS and ADC Students

The University of Sargodha (UoS) has announced a special supplementary examination for candidates of Associate Degree programmes who failed in not more than three subjects in the Second Annual Examinations 2025. The special chance, however, is limited to candidates who appeared in the Second Annual Examinations 2025 and were declared failed in not more than three subjects, according to the syndicate's approved criteria. No other category of candidates will be eligible to avail the facility. According to a notification issued by the Controller of Examinations, Dr. Rehana Ilyas, the decision was approved by the university syndicate in its 74th meeting held on June 7, 2026. The special chance has been granted to candidates of Associate Degree in Arts (ADA), Associate Degree in Science (ADS) and Associate Degree in Commerce (ADC). The university has set July 3, 2026, as the last date for submission of admission forms with a single fee, while forms can be submitted with a double fee until July 8 and with a triple fee until July 13. As per the schedule, the examination fee for ADA candidates is Rs7,000 per part and Rs12,000 for the combined examination. ADS candidates will pay Rs8,000 per part and Rs14,000 for the combined examination, while ADC candidates will be charged Rs6,500 for Part-I and Part-II. The notification states that admission forms will be submitted online through the university’s examination portal, while fee deposits can be made through designated banking channels. Candidates will also be required to submit a signed hard copy of the admission form along with the paid fee challan and other relevant documents to the Controller of Examinations Office within the prescribed deadlines. The university has announced that the special supplementary examinations will commence from September 22, 2026. Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the university website for roll number slips and date sheets, as hard copies of roll number slips will not be dispatched. The examination branch has further clarified that no manual admission forms will be accepted under any circumstances.
