A special ceremony was held at the University of Sargodha to honor the administrative officers and staff members who played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful organization of the 11th Convocation 2024.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas graced the event as the chief guest and Pro VC Prof. Dr. Mian Ghulam Yasin as guest of honor, awarded honorary certificates to the 156 officials for their outstanding contributions.
Addressing the gathering, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas stated that the 11th Convocation was the largest and most successful convocation in the history of the University of Sargodha, where thousands of students celebrated their achievements. He congratulated the entire team on the remarkable three-day event, emphasizing that its success was a result of teamwork, dedication, and hard work.
He further highlighted that the growth and success of any institution depend on strong teamwork. By fostering mutual cooperation, a shared vision, and a well-structured strategy, institutions can not only achieve their set goals but also establish a strong presence at national and international levels, he added. 
The Vice Chancellor reaffirmed that the University of Sargodha aims to be more than just an academic institution, it aspires to become a hub of excellence, setting benchmarks in effective administration, quality education, quality research, and impactful community services. He pledged to continue working towards the university’s progress through innovation and excellence in all sectors.
The ceremony was attended by Controller of Examinations Dr. Rehana Ilyas, along with senior university officials and administrative staff. The event concluded with Dr. Rehana Ilyas presenting souvenirs to Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas and Prof. Dr. Mian Ghulam Yasin.
