A farewell ceremony was held at the Committee Room of the Multipurpose Hall, University of Sargodha, to honor the retirement of Prof. Dr. Riffat-un-Nisa Awan, Director Institute of Education.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas paid tribute to her unwavering commitment, dedication, and valuable contributions to the growth of the Institute and the University. Colleagues and fellow academics fondly recalled her distinguished journey as an educator and administrator.
The ceremony was also addressed by Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Masood Sarwar Awan, Dr. Rehana Ilyas, Director Sports Maher Ahmad Khan Heral, Prof. Dr. Rahmat Ullah Awan, Prof. Dr. Ijaz Rasool Noorka, Prof. Dr. Uzair ul Hassan, Dr. Aqib Shahzad Alwi, and Maryam Saif, who lauded her professional achievements and leadership.
The event concluded with prayers and best wishes for her health, happiness, and future endeavors. On behalf of the University, the Vice Chancellor presented a commemorative souvenir to Prof. Dr. Riffat-un-Nisa Awan in recognition of her services.
