The Department of Computer Science at the University of Sargodha organized a Capstone Project Poster Competition, highlighting students' innovative projects in Artificial Intelligence, Medical Image Processing, and E-Commerce Applications. The competition provided a platform for students to present creative solutions to real-world challenges.
The event was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas, who commended the students for their hard work and encouraged them to commercialize their projects to drive technological advancements and entrepreneurship.
The competition was attended by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ilyas, Dean of the Faculty of Computing and IT, Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Faisal Shehzad, Chairman of the Department of Computer Science, and various faculty members and students.
A distinguished evaluation panel, including Mr. Naveed Sharif from the Institute of Art and Design and Miss Khansa Saleem from the Department of Computer Science, meticulously assessed the projects, offering valuable feedback and guidance for future improvements.
To recognize students' creativity and dedication, cash prizes were awarded to the top projects. The event fostered a spirit of innovation and excellence, reinforcing the university’s commitment to technological progress and industry-driven research.
