Dr Tazanfal Tehseem holds PhD in (English) Linguistics. His thesis is titled 'Transitivity in Pakistani English: A Lexicogrammatical Approach towards Discourse Analysis' which is a planned investigation of the linguistic choices in journalistic texts which reflect the underlying ideology of the writers and, beyond them, of the wider society in which they operate, has the potential to provide valuable insights into the Pakistani socio-political context. Besides, he has done his M.Phil and M.Sc. in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan Pakistan.
