Dr. Muhammad Shahbaz Zafar is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Animal Sciences, College of Agriculture, University of Sargodha, Sargodha, Pakistan. He earned his DVM degree from the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore, in 2018 and completed his M.Phil. in Animal Nutrition from UVAS, Lahore, in 2020. As a scholar, he is about to complete his Ph.D. from UVAS, Lahore. His core expertise are in the field of Animal Nutrition, especially Poultry Nutrition. He has also worked as a Research Associate in the PARB-funded project in the Department of Animal Nutrition. From 2022 to 2025, he was actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate theory and practical classes in the Department of Animal Nutrition at UVAS, Lahore. As part of departmental development activities, he contributed to the operation of the Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yaqoob Malik Amino Acid Analysis Laboratory, the Poultry Bio-Digestibility Determination Facility, and the Modern Animal Nutrition Lab at UVAS Ravi Campus, Pattoki.
