On September 22, 2017 two young faculty members of University of Sargodha left for China.

The visit is continuation of series of foreign visits of young faculty members. This chain of visits was started by the Vice Chancellor Dr Ishtiaq Ahmed to give the exposure, enhance vision, and to promote the pragmatic approach in the faculty of University of Sargodha.

The faculty members would attend Asia Africa Youth Festival in Beijing-Xian. During this time period they would attend different seminars and lectures, specifically on One Belt One Road Initiative (OBOR) of PR China. The story of exposure doesn't end here but one more feather was added in the crown of university when a student from MBA department got selected by HEC to visit China and would be leaving next month.

Earlier 8 faculty members visited China for the promotion of the Inter Cultural and Academic Harmony with economically thriving China. The visits have proved to be life changing exposure for the faculty. However, the VC has reiterated that more opportunities would be created for the faculty as a part of foreign visits.
